All love to explore a good mystery, mainly an anime of mystery. Exploring a mystery, discovering secrets, and opening up clues is pure excitement. Anime has given audiences unknown plots, so we can't help but sink in, be curious, and collect speculation from beginning to end.

Having said that, we make 10 suggestions for the best mystery series. We know that many more fascinating and inquisitive shows exist, but this is what we have collected so far! We 're going here!

10. Zankyou no Terror

Terror in Resonance


In red, after the terrorist attack on a nuclear plant in Japan, the word "VON" is just the rest. The administration is shattered by its inability to act and the police have been scared to find ways for the perpetrators to be dismissed. Six months later, a weird video is on the internet. The public is uncertain. There, two teenagers who identify as "Sphinx" themselves are directly challenging the police and threatening to destroy and collapse Tokyo. The police are fighting to act effectively against these terrorists and are not able to stop the mass panic spreading fast and desperate for any lead in their investigation throughout the city

The two boys behind the masked figures of Sphinx, Zankyou no Terror, tells the story of Nine and Twelve. They should not exist, yet they remain firmly in a world of disappointment and secrets as they bring the city about them, all hoping to bury their own tragic truth.

9. Mirai Nikki

The Future Diary


The student of Lonely high school, Yukiteru Amano, spends his days writing a diary on his cell phone, talking about the gods of time and space and about Murmur, a servant of the god. Deus has proven himself to be an actual entity, awarding Yukiteru a Random Diary that shows highly descriptive future-driven entries and leads him to a bloody royal fight against 11 additional owners of equally powerful future journals.

Rating: 8/10

With the last person standing designated as the new god of time and space, Yukiteru must find and kill the other 11 in order to survive. He reluctantly teams up with his obsessive stalker Yuno Gasai (who also possesses such a diary), and she takes it upon herself to ensure his safety. But there's more to the girl than meets the eye, as she might have other plans for her unrequited love...

8.Kara no Kyoukai


Japan was confused and devastated by a range of apparently random suicides in September 1998. But a detective agency dedicated to paranormal occurrence notes that there are a few clear and disturbing similarities between the cases that are disillusioning unrelated: all victims were schoolgirls, all killed at the top of the ancient Fujou Building, a skyscraper scheduled for bulldozing in the near future.

Rating: 9/10

The Agency leader, Magus Touko Aozaki, deploys Mikiya Kokutou, and Shiki Ryougi to investigate the cause of these disturbing events. The good and surprisingly normal Mikiya is a strong contrast to the mysterious Shiki, who has the "mystic eyes of death," an abnormal ability which allows her to see and to bring to an end all the things. This is an abnormal ability.

7. Boku dake ga Inai Machi



Satoru Fujinuma is about to be sent back several minutes before the accident happens when tragedy is about to strike. This mighty yet mysterious phenomenon, which he calls "Revival," has been taken advantage of by the 29-year old manga artist to save numerous lives

Rating: 9/10

However, Satoru is sent back into the past once more when he is wrongly accused of murdering someone near him, but this time 18 years ago. He soon realizes that the killing may involve the kidnapping and killing of the lonely and mysterious Kayo Hinazuki, one of his classmates, that was committed while he was a child. This is his opportunity to correct things.

6. UN-GO



Detective Shinjuurou Yuuki, known by certain people as the "Defeated Detective," solve mysteries in Tokyo in a dystopian future. Shinjuurou, assisted by his unusual associate Inga, leads to numerous mysteries solved and culprits captured by the insight and naivety in cracking cases, especially homicides.

Rating: 9/10

Yet its partner appears to have some more sinister intention for the people they capture, and the true identity and motivation of the assistant is secretly shrouded.

5. Steins;Gate


The self-proclaimed mad scientist Rintarou Okabe rents a room in a rugged old building in Akihabara, where he indulges in his hobby of inventing prospective "future gadgets" with fellow lab members: Mayuri Shiina, his air-headed childhood friend, and Hashida Itaru, a perverted hacker nicknamed "Daru." The three spend their time tinkering with their most promising contraption yet. Though miraculous in itself, the phenomenon does not provide anything concrete in Okabe 's search for a scientific breakthrough; that is until the lab members are spurred into action by a string of mysterious happenings before they stumble upon an unexpected success — the Phone Microwave can send e-mails to the past, altering the flow of history.

Rating: 9/10

Adapted by 5pb from the critically acclaimed visual novel. And Nitroplus, Steins; Gate takes Okabe to the depths of scientific theory and practicality. Forced across the diverging threads of past and present, Okabe must bear the burdens that come with holding the key to the realm of time.

4. Yakusoku no Neverland

The Promised Neverland


The Grace Field House, encircled by a forest and a gated entrance, is populated with orphans who live joyfully together as one large family, cared for by their mom, Isabella. Although they have to test daily, kids spend their time as they see fit, usually playing out while not walking too far from the orphanage — a rule that they should not follow. All good times, however, must come to an end, since a child is accepted and sent every few months to live with his new family ... Never again to be listened to.

Rating: 9/10

However, the three eldest siblings suspect what really is happening in the orphanage and are about to discover the cruel fate awaiting the children of Grace Field, including their beloved mama's twisted nature.

3. Death Note

Death Note


A shinigami is a god of death who can kill anyone if they write their victim's name in a Death Note. When a criminal tests the power of his Death Note, Light Yagami is greatly surprised. Light decides to extinguish all criminals in order to build a new world where crime does not exist and people worship him as a god. Police try to apprehend a serial killer who is targeting criminals with the help of the best detective in the world.

2. Monster



Dr. Kenzou Tenma is on his way towards the rise of a hospital hierarchy, a neurosurgeon of the elite that has recently engaged his daughter as hospital director. Until one night, Dr. Tenma's life changed forever, and apparently small event. While he prepares for surgery, the hospital director calls him to switch patients and perform life-saving brain surgery on a renowned performer. His doctors, his bride, and the director of his hospital applaud his performance, but a poor immigrant worker has died because of this switch and has caused Dr. Tenma an awareness crisis.

Thus, Dr. Tenma stands up and chooses to operate on the young boy Johan Liebert instead of the city mayor in such a way that a similar situation occurred. Unfortunately, this choice leads to serious consequences for Dr. Tenma — one of them loses his social status. However, Dr. Tenma 's position has been restored with the mysterious death of the Director and two other doctors. He is released and continues to become the director of the hospital without evidence to convict him. Nine years after Dr. Tenma saves a criminal's life, his history returns to haunt him — he 's facing the monster he's been operating on once again. He now has to go in search of making am.

1. Higurashi no Naku Koro ni


Maebara has just moved into the quiet little village of Hinamizawa in the Summer of 1983. With Rena Ryuuguuu, Mion Sonozaki, Satoko Houjou, and Rica Furude he soon became inseparable friends. But beneath their seemingly idyllic life lurks mystery.

Rating: 9/10

Keiichi learns about the local legends that surround him as the village prepares for its annual festival. To his dismay, he finds out that the village has been murdered and destroyed in the last few years and they all seem to be connected to the festival and the patron of the village, Oyashiro. Keiichi attempts to inquire about these things from his new friends but they are unquestionably quiet and fail to send him the responses he requires. When strange things are-, he wonders what else his friends can protect him from and even whether he can trust them.

When folly and fear take root in Keiichi 's heart, he will inevitably fall into the mysteries at work, a tale that is told in many arcs in Higurashi no Naku Koro ni.
