Haruka Suzumiya, a shy student of the secondary school, confesses in the heart of a Golden Sun the young man she admires to Takayuki Narumi. The two become a couple, backed by mutual friends Mitsuki Hayase and Shinji Taira, accepting Haruka's confession. For these friends, everything is fine — until tragic events.
One of them is sent to an unsuspecting destiny, sleeping in a coma. Three years later, they wake up, but their sudden return to life threatens to test the boundaries of these friends.
